Please feel free to contact us before making a purchase if you have any questions about an item, and we will respond as soon as possible. Please note that all sales are final.
Payment Duchess and Bird accepts payment by PayPal. In our experience this is the safest and most reliable method for both buyer and seller. Note that you may use a credit card when paying by PayPal. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to purchase from us.
Shipping and Handling We ship using the most economical carrier.. We will package your items promptly, notifying you by email of the date when they were shipped. All packages are wrapped carefully and are insured to the purchase value. We can combine shipping charges for multiple purchases, just let us know ahead of the purchase so we can give you a new total.
Damages In the unlikely event an item is damaged in shipping, it is important that you keep all outer packaging and packaging materials. Please contact us immediately so that we may notify the shipper. We are not responsible for merchandise that is damaged by the shipper.
Sales Tax
We will collect Sales Tax in California and Colorado. If you hold a valid Resale Certificate in either State please notify us so we can remove the tax amount after verifying the license number.
