We can't decide how this was originally used but we just had to get it for you!  At 15" tall it could be for umbrellas or use with a glass vase in it to hold flowers.  Of course you can throw your rubbish in it as well.  It flares out of the 6 3/4" base to 9" at the top.  The  scrumptious aqua and gold scroll is on 3 of the 6 panels.  The other three has the gold with aqua diagonal pattern.  Marked "Made in Italy" on the bottom of the wood base.  Be still our hearts!
