Gilt Acanthus Base

This was just too marvelous!  We think it started as a lamp base but was not completed.  We've used in tableaux and in bookcases.  You could weight the base and use as a bookend too.  It has a wonderful patina and age to it.  It stands9" tall and the base is 4" square.
