This lovely pair of tassels were found in France and after a good soaking are the prettiest shades of blue and silver gray.  Very good quality and makes us think they were made by a good company like Houles.  The tassels are 5" long and the ties are ech 13 1/2" long- plenty to tie around a double width of curtain as shown.
